Yes, we offer basic oil changes and routine maintenance for German vehicles. Service recommendations are based on your vehicle’s age and mileage—BMW often follows time-based intervals, while Audi typically uses mileage-based schedules. Our services range from oil changes to major repairs, but do not include tires or alignments.
We offer secure key lockboxes for easy, hassle-free after-hours vehicle drop-off or pickup. Our regular hours are Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
We charge a $160 diagnostic fee based on the time required to properly diagnose the concern. Because modern vehicle issues can be complex, a full diagnosis often involves in-depth testing, not just a quick scanner check.
While we don’t currently offer loaner vehicles, we do provide convenient after-hours drop-off and pick-up options. We have secure drop boxes for your keys, allowing you to drop off your vehicle outside our regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM) at our Charleston location. This flexibility ensures our service fits your schedule, not the other way around.
