Ottohaus of Charleston was founded by me, Leo Colwill. It was established on a simple principle…Providing great service with high standards in quality and your overall satisfaction with a passion for automotive excellence. That means doing things right…the first time…every time! Having been dealership trained and certified for the entirety of my professional automotive career, I have seen and experienced first hand what they are lacking. I take responsibility for your auto repair experience from the moment you call Ottohaus to the time you leave our shop. We were gong to get them to remove our transmission so we could send it to CA to be rebuilt. Instead, they fixed it for so much less. They are always so nice and personal from the mechanics to the lady in the office. And I feel like they listen to me as a women just as respectfully as my husband. I really appreciated it.
